Sefton wasn't sure he liked it here. Sure, the atmosphere was great. The pier had an excellent view, and the weather was perfect for swimming. But it was also full of people. Which, admittedly, was fine for business and good for finding a job, but Sefton found himself jumpier than he had been in a long time. So many people passing by, congested walkways, and the horribly close-and-friendly vibe most tourist areas tended to exude... It was almost too much for him to stand at a time.
For a moment, he recalled Chivy's insistence on finding a job with a hermit, back when they had barely met. Before they had continued to run into each other over and over again. Thoughts of Chivy made him scoff to himself and lean forward even further. At least most people around here respected the space of someone taking in the scenery at the railings along the pier - it was brief, but Sefton wasn't one to argue against respite.
With his chin in his hand, Sefton stared out over the waves and considered his next move. Should he stay, or try his luck hitchhiking and making it to the next town over, lack of funds be damned?
