Winning should come with some kind of satisfaction. And it might, Wufei supposed, with time. For now, he wasn't much other than frustrated. None of his opponents had fought with any kind of honor, retreating the instant things turned in his favor. Fighting against that kind of weakness could never truly end with success, unless he was able to completely destroy his opponents.

As soon as his last opponent left, taking most of the other fighters along with him, Wufei moved to stand by his car and wait for Heero.

Getting Heero into the hospital hadn't been too bad — he hadn't been in much shape to try physically resisting (or verbally resisting, after a while), and the staff had been very quick to bustle Heero off to his own room for fixing. Duo had tried making a ruckus, but they had told him very firmly to wait until the proper visiting hours and made a few polite references to banning him from the hospital. As soon as he was allowed, though, he hurried back to Heero's room, almost hoping to find him scowling rather than asleep.
